US Army Sgt. Alvin York didn't want to fight in WWI as he believed the violence of war was against his religious beliefs. He would eventually let himself be guided by God's hand while at war and he would go on to show valor on the battlefield. He led a small number of American troops and they would go on to capture 132 Germans. He would be awarded the Medal of Honor and I am honored to tell you his story.
